Description of the internship
SA Retail Mass cluster offers a unique opportunity for young, enthusiastic and energetic individuals from designated groups to gain practical work experience in a corporate environment.
The internship program is aimed at graduates and offers:
A 12-month contract
a monthly stipend
On-the-job training and evaluation
Continuous coaching and mentoring
Acquire knowledge of the company’s products, services and processes and operating systems.
Full hands-on training on site
Filling out log books for workplace based learning
Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your manager
Required Education:
Grade 12 / Matrix
Any 3-year Diploma/Degree
Please note, applicants:
Must be South African citizens
Not currently employed
Be between 18 and 34 years old
Not having done a previous internship
Be willing to commit to completing the 12-month program.
