Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Grade 12 / Matric certificate, with Mathematics and Physical Science as key subjects.
- An N3 qualification in Engineering Studies, including the following subjects:
- Fitting & Turning Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawings
- A demonstrated willingness to work overtime and assist with various tasks outside the standard scope of training.
- A valid driver’s license will be considered an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to work in a structured and safety-conscious environment.

During the course of the learnership, participants will be expected to:
- Actively participate in both classroom-based theoretical instruction and practical on-site training.
