Pick n Pay is proud to offer a 12-month Learnership programme through PnP Clothing, with opportunities currently available in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. This comprehensive programme is tailored to equip young South Africans with practical skills in visual merchandising and retail operations, while offering valuable exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Programme Overview
The Learnership is structured to run over a 12-month period and includes both in-store training and theoretical classroom learning. Participants will be placed at PnP Clothing locations in either Johannesburg or Cape Town and will receive a monthly stipend of R3,000 to support them throughout the duration of the programme.

What You Will Learn:
Throughout the programme, you will be introduced to key aspects of the retail fashion business. This includes:

- Managing inventory and understanding the flow of stock
- Implementing brand guidelines to enhance customer experience
- Analyzing fashion trends and translating them into in-store designs
- Collaborating with store teams to ensure consistent brand presentation
- Developing customer service techniques and communication skills essential to retail
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is ideal for young individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and work in a creative and energetic retail setting. To be considered, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have completed Grade 12 (Matric), with communication and mathematics literacy at NQF Level 2
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other educational programme
- Be available to complete the full 12-month Learnership, including classroom and in-store sessions
- Have completed any required pre-assessment processes (if applicable)

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
