Description of the practices
In accordance with our approved Social and Labor Plan (SLP), the Northam Platinum Zondereinde mine is looking to award internships to graduates who want a secure work experience.
These are exciting opportunities where successful interns will be required to undergo job exposure aligned to their area of study.
Eligible interns will receive a fixed-term employment contract aligned with the length of the internship agreement (external students) with a stipend/allowance.
