About the Internship Programme
The PEP HR TVET Internship Programme is designed to support recent graduates who need practical work experience to complete their National N Diploma. During the 18-month internship, you will be placed in a PEP Stores branch or relevant support office where you will work closely with experienced team members, gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy HR and retail environment.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed N4 – N6 Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field
- South African citizen with a valid South African ID
- Between the ages of 18 and 33
- Currently unemployed and available for a full-time internship
- In need of 18 months of practical experience to complete a National N Diploma
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the workplace
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
