Internship Streams Available

PEP is currently offering four internship opportunities, designed for graduates from various disciplines. Each internship provides exposure to a specific area of the business, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.

1. Merchandise Internship

This internship is ideal for graduates who have a flair for fashion and a keen eye for detail. As a Merchandise Intern, you will assist with product development, quality control, and stock planning while learning about the entire product lifecycle in retail.

Minimum Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Fashion Merchandising, or Quality Assurance
• South African citizenship
• Age between 18 and 33 years
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
• Self-motivated and driven
• Reliable transportation (Driver’s license is advantageous)

2. Finance Internship

This internship is tailored for graduates interested in finance and accounting. As a Finance Intern, you’ll gain exposure to financial operations, budgeting, and internal control systems within a major retail organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation
• South African citizenship
• Age between 18 and 33 years
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Independent worker with a proactive mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to grow professionally
