Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Foschini YES Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age: You must be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Educational Requirements: A Matric certificate is preferable but not mandatory.
- Availability: You should be willing to commit to a full-time, 12-month internship starting from April 2024.
- Employment History: You should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year.
- Full-time Study: You should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (April 2024 – March 2025).
- Previous YES Programme Participation: Applicants who have participated in the YES Programme before will not be considered.
- Accommodation and Transport: Candidates must cover their own accommodation and transport costs, if applicable.
- Equity Preference: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
