CONTROL ROOM / CCTV OPERATOR

Specific duties to perform:

Monitor CCTV operational processes.
Monitor all cameras in the Control Room.
Supervise and observe the movement of personnel and compliance with procedures.
CCTV monitoring template based on the time to be completed by the operator in established time intervals, confirming the JD and the monitoring requirements of each camera.
Investigate incidents through camera footage, including backup footage.
Notification and registration of incidents.
Reports at the beginning, middle and end of the day.
Make sure all equipment / cameras are working properly
Reports at the end of the day. Desired education:
Grade 10
PSIRA B registration (non-negotiable)
CCTV / surveillance rating (non-negotiable) Previous experience is required:
Minimum of 3 years Special requirements:
PSIRA registration, CCTV operator
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Report writing
