About the Learnership

Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will receive a National Certificate at NQF Level 4, which is aligned with industry standards and recognised across South Africa. Programme Details:

  • Location: Constantia Park, Roodepoort, Gauteng
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Qualification: National Certificate in Contact Centre Support (NQF Level 4)

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the programme:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric) between the years 2020 and 2024
  • Minimum pass of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
  • Computer literacy is essential (advanced proficiency will be an added advantage)
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must not have participated in any other learnership programme previously
  • Preference will be given to applicants residing in the West Rand or surrounding areas
  • Applications from persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged
