Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to 🙂
• Do preparation work before the shop officially opens each day
• Receive your float for the day and ensure that it is correct
• Ensure that you know the products available
• Ensure that there are no price changes from the previous day
• Ensure that all items that a client buys displays product codes and proper pricing
• Be friendly to everyone and assist where possible
• Ask for assistance if / when you do not know anything with regards to client needs
• Ensure that you treat clients with respect and dignity Knowledge, skills and experience required
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Excellent time management skills
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Basic maths knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to operate a cash till proficiently Good product knowledge
