Call Center Agent
Our client in the health industry is searching for a customer care call centre agent. The successful candidate will be servicing USA customers and will therefore be working in USA time zones – i.e. night shift. Salary starting from R10K per month.You will work from home and will need a quiet workspace where you will be able to take and make calls without interference from household noises. You will need your own computer or laptop, reliable internet connection and VERY IMPORTANT – a reliable power backup solution. Atelephony solution will be made available to you and the cost of calls will be carried by the company.You need excellent proficiency in English to be considered and will need a bit of tech savvy as the client’s ticket system and entirebusiness process is run on Zoho.Send CV’s to henriette@wedodigital.co.za.
