Programme Overview:

This Business Analysis Learnership is a structured, work-based learning programme that combines theoretical training with practical on-the-job experience. The learnership is set to begin in the third week of August 2025 and will be hosted at both our Cape Town and Johannesburg offices. This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent matriculants and college graduates who are enthusiastic, motivated, and looking for their first entry into the business and IT environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be between the ages of 18 and 23 years old at the time of application
• Hold a valid Matric certificate
• Possess an NQF Level 5 qualification (or higher)
• Have a demonstrated interest in the field of Information Technology or Business Analysis
• Be available to participate full-time for the duration of the learnership
• Reside in or be able to travel to Cape Town (or Johannesburg, depending on the preferred location)
