This comprehensive programme provides a unique combination of theoretical training and hands-on experience. It is aligned with the Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595), enabling learners to gain a nationally recognised qualification while actively contributing to real-world business operations.
Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following departments based on aptitude and business needs:
- Customer Engagement
- Acquisitions & Scheduling

Key Responsibilities
During the course of the learnership, participants will engage in a variety of activities designed to build both administrative and client service competencies. Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Performing routine administrative functions such as data capturing, record management, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Attending compulsory theoretical training sessions, typically one day per week, as part of the structured learning curriculum.
- Assisting in the preparation of business documents, including internal reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Managing and responding to client and stakeholder communications via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Delivering professional customer service by handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contributing to departmental performance by maintaining target abandonment rates and service level standards.
- Updating and maintaining client records accurately during real-time interactions.
- Following up on unresolved or outstanding customer queries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Participating in the internal post-call service rating process to improve customer experience metrics.
- Assisting clients with basic financial or legal inquiries through effective use of internal systems.
- Supporting the retention of customers through high-quality service and effective problem resolution.
- Conducting post-installation testing and initial technical support for Tracker units.
- Adhering to assigned work schedules and telephony protocols.
- Managing electronic communications in line with service level agreements and company standards.
- Completing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to maintain exceptional service delivery.
Minimum Entry Requirements
To be considered for this learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen in possession of a valid South African Identity Document.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate with the following minimum results:
- Level 4 / D symbol in English
- Level 3 / E symbol in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Must currently be unemployed and not enrolled in any other formal education or training.
- Must possess basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be able to operate within a structured, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A natural inclination toward providing excellent customer service is essential.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a constantly evolving and high-pressure workplace.
- Must be able to multi-task and show resilience in demanding situations.
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills are essential.

Programme Duration and Remuneration
