Programme Overview

This Learnership runs over a period of six months and is structured to offer both theoretical sales training and practical workplace experience at one of BMW’s top-performing dealerships, located in Vereeniging, Gauteng. Participants will engage in a formal learning curriculum while simultaneously gaining real-world exposure to daily dealership operations.

Through this programme, learners will develop a solid understanding of the automotive sales process, customer service, and business development practices. The programme is a valuable stepping stone for those wishing to establish themselves in the automotive industry as future Vehicle Sales Executives.

As part of South Africa’s largest automotive retail group, Motus, with more than 90 dealerships across the country, BMW offers trainees the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and benefit from mentorship and coaching within a world-renowned automotive brand.
