Key Responsibilities

During the course of the programme, successful candidates will be expected to:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Capital (HR) department.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding new hires and coordinating exit processes.
• Maintain and update employee files and documentation in compliance with HR standards.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and wellness initiatives.
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities across the business.
• Capture HR-related data and assist with the preparation of regular internal reports.
• Contribute to the implementation of various HR projects and organisational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with different HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID.
• Must be currently unemployed and available to commit to the full 12-month duration of the programme.
• Must hold a completed Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information with integrity.
• Must possess a clean criminal and credit record.
