Have you always dreamed of becoming a pilot, but the cost of training is standing in your way? The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) invites aspiring aviators to apply for the Future Aviators Bursary Programme – an exciting opportunity to pursue your dream of becoming a Fixed Wing Cadet Pilot.
We’re looking for determined, passionate, and deserving young South Africans who are ready to rise to the challenge and start their journey in aviation.

Who Should Apply?

- South African citizens aged 18 to 35
- Currently in Matric or have already completed Matric with a minimum Level 5 in Mathematics (Pure) and Physical Science
- Able to demonstrate financial need

- Committed to excellence, with a strong work ethic and high level of discipline
Application Requirements (Mandatory):
To be considered, your application must include:
- A certified copy of your ID
- Your Matric certificate or most recent Grade 12 results
- Proof of household income (to demonstrate financial need)
- A Motivation Letter outlining your passion for aviation and why you should be selected
