About the Learnership

This Learnership combines structured theoretical learning with hands-on practical experience, offering a comprehensive approach to professional driver training. Participants will receive training from industry professionals, gain real-world experience behind the wheel, and receive ongoing mentorship and support throughout the programme.

As part of this Learnership, successful candidates will:

• Participate in both classroom-based learning and on-the-road driver training.
• Work closely with experienced drivers and logistics experts.
• Receive a monthly stipend during the duration of the programme.
• Gain nationally recognised qualifications and certifications relevant to the logistics sector.

Who Can Apply?

The Learnership is open to South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 who meet the following minimum requirements:

Required Documents:

• A certified copy of your Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified copy of your valid South African ID.
• A valid Code 14 Driver’s License accompanied by a Professional Driving Permit (PRDP).
• A Police Clearance Certificate issued within the past 3 months.
• A well-structured Curriculum Vitae (CV) that includes contactable references.
• A Motivational Letter clearly outlining your interest in the Learnership and why you believe you are the ideal candidate.
• Any supporting documents or certificates that strengthen your application are encouraged.
