Description of the internship

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who want a smarter future in the mining industry. Initially, you will be offered a two-year postgraduate/internship program with our South African business unit rotating to one or more of our sites where possible (two twelve-month placements). You have the opportunity to make a difference in real projects and follow a structured learning development journey.

NB. Candidates must have a full qualification or be in their final year.

Business Improvement Graduate/Intern

BSc/BEng degree in Industrial Engineering.
OR graduate degree (Honorable Mention or Master’s) in Industrial Engineering.
Graduate in Social Performance / Intern

Degree in Social Performance / Social Sciences
Graduate / Data Analytics Intern

Graduate:

Information management,
Software Engineering,
statistics,
Math,
data science,
or any other discipline relevant to data analysis

Be available/willing to work in remote areas of South Africa as part of the Postgraduate Program (relocation package provided depending on role and location).
