Description of the practices
Canyon Coal invites applications for the Internship Program for a maximum duration of 12 months in the disciplines/fields of study listed below.
Duties and responsibilities:
General administrative support tasks.

Unification of documents related to the company to comply with corporate identity specifications
Transcription of minutes, interviews and recordings of acts
Media monitoring
Typing, compilation and preparation of reports, publications and correspondence
Planning of internal and corporate events.
Communication with suppliers and service providers during the preparation of the event.
Preparation and ordering of brand material.
Management of the digital media library of the company
Collection of event budgets, evaluations and reports.
Participate in team meetings and provide detailed feedback on tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in one of these fields:
Communications
Public relations
Journalism
Must be between 18 and 35 years old
Must reside in or near Springs
Skills and competencies:
Computer literate, familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning how to work with new software and applications.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
proactive
Confident
Attention to details

Ability to work well under pressure
