Areas of Exposure
Learners may have the opportunity to rotate across several departments, including but not limited to:

- Investment Management: Gain exposure to asset allocation strategies, risk management, performance analysis, and principles of responsible investing.
- Member Services and Communication: Support engagement initiatives with EPPF members and contribute to the delivery of quality customer service.
- Corporate Support Functions: Develop insights into human resources, finance, IT, governance, or compliance, depending on business needs and learner placement.
Who Should Apply?
We are seeking motivated learners who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- A strong interest in financial services, investments, retirement fund administration, or corporate support roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference may be given to candidates who are currently unemployed and have not previously participated in a learnership programme.
