Job description
Westfalia Fruit is currently looking for suitable candidates to be part of the Internship/In-service Training and Graduate Development Program. The program provides students with excellent exposure in the industry, appropriate training, and numerous learning opportunities.
Successful candidates will be offered a 12-month contract from February 2022
The following internship programs are open to applications:
Internship/training program
Must be currently enrolled in a National Diploma in:
agricultural management,
safety management,
Operational management,
Engineering technology (civil and mechanical),
food technology,
Microbiology
Biotechnology.
NB. To be eligible, the student must have obtained an S4 qualification and wish to complete P1 and P2.
Graduate Development Program
Must have completed at least a three-year diploma or diploma in the following areas:
Agricultural Sciences: Plant Production
agricultural engineering
plant pathology
Horticulture
Operational management
Food science or food technology
Finance
marketing
Competencies:
