Deadline:

Salary:
The salary is R7 353.50 per month.
Required documents
a detailed resume and cover letter;
certified copies (no older than 6 months) of qualifications (provide SAQA accreditation in case of foreign qualifications);
a certified copy (no older than 6 months) of your identity document (ID);
proof of registration with a professional body (if applicable);
a copy of your driver’s license (if applicable).

Duties and responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment administration activities, including handling queries related to advertised jobs, CV selection, creation of summary lists of applicants, and conducting reference and criminal checks.
Ensure data integrity and quality assurance.
Ensure a strong and positive experience for the candidate, while maintaining responsive and ongoing communication.
Make sure hiring and selection policies and processes are followed.
Provide professional, informed and friendly services to clients, ensuring a prompt response to inquiries and requests.
Assist in linking with stakeholders.
Help maintain records of candidate databases and network platforms.
Help provide innovative HR solutions.
Inherent requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline at NQF level 7.
Recommendation:
An honors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline at NQF level 8.

The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
You are not currently participating in an existing apprenticeship / internship program.
Willing to sign a learning / internship agreement with the UFS.
The candidate must be available for a period of one (1) year.
