Senior Boilermaker (Head of the Welding Department)

A busy company is looking for a senior boiler manufacturer. This person will be the head of the welding department. He must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
Salary – R17000.00
Requirements:
Grade 12
Qualified Boilermaker | exp. previous boiler
2 years experience in a similar position.
Good management skills, able to manage 20 employees at any time.
CO2 welding experience.
Experience in the manufacture of templates.
Good technical experience (weld penetration, spatter reduction, welding machine maintenance).
The scanning experience will be an added bonus.
Computer skills (excel).
Willing and able to learn from other departments, sheet metal workers, powder coating and profiling.
Able to read assembly and manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge of proper welding preparation techniques.
In time for shifts and meetings.
The forklift license will be an added bonus.
