Sales Administrator

Our client, a leading digital entertainment company based in Kyalami, is looking for a media sales Administrator.

Requirements:
Relevant or similar title.
3 years of experience in a media agency.
5 years of experience in digital marketing.
2 years of sales experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Sales / Admission
Develop working relationships with key media agencies in South Africa.
Maintain a catalog of space and media availability
Maintain rate sheets
Ingestion / Schedule
Manage ad loading and scheduling.
Manage the catalog to add filling (adds that we use when space is not sold)
Enforce business rules and keep them up-to-date (for example, no competitive advertising, no alcohol, one category per ad break)

Quality
Serve as a liaison with the media agencies on the quality of the advertisements (Technical Specifications).

Reports / Billing
Configure Add reports (eyes, clicks)
Prepare entrance for billing of additional space.
