Job description
Our Red Bull Student Marketers are part of the most dynamic and powerful brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target audience and are responsible for driving brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, enthuse college students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand on their campus.
This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, in addition to working at Red Bull events to ensure a memorable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and like to work in a creative work atmosphere.
Responsibilities we entrust to you:
Be a Red Bull Brand Ambassador
Become a sales expert
Excellence in execution
Know your market, spot and set the trends
Build distribution. Provide visibility. Pick up orders
Your knowledge and expertise areas
Excellent communication skills
Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality
Very approachable and sociable with the ability to interact with different people on many occasions
Immersed in student life with in-depth knowledge of the university, city & region, incl. behind the scenes activities and hotspots
Includes a creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
Ability to manage part-time work and studies and preferably available to work some evenings and weekends
An affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales
Connected to a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus
Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
Driver’s license preferred
Event/project management skills and affinity to work ‘behind the scenes’
Great team player
Available to work flexible part-time, including evenings and weekends
