REQUIREMENTS: A Grade 12 Grade 12 and National Diploma in Public Management, General
Management, Public Administration, Office or Business Administration
Administration certificate. Knowledge of office duties and practices, as well as

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general administrative support services: Record, organize, store, capture and
retrieve correspondence and date (line function) Update records and statistics.
Handle routine consultations. Make photocopies and receive or send faxes.
Distribute documents / packages to various stakeholders as needed, retain and
Maintain the filing system for the component, type letters and / or others
correspondence when necessary, maintain and maintain incoming and outgoing information
component document record. Provide supply chain administrative support services
within the component: Stock control of office supplies Maintain and maintain the
Component asset record Provide administrative support for personnel management
services within the Maintain component a license record for the Maintain component
and maintain personnel records in the Maintain and Maintain Component
component attendance record. Organize travel and accommodation.
Provide support services to financial administration in the component: Verify
veracity of employee travel and allowance claims and present them to the manager for
