Basic apprentice
Successful completion of a National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Program (Pharmacist Basic Apprenticeship) and Continuing Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Post-Basic Learnership Pharmacist Assistant) through the Academy of Accredited Pharmacy Health

A structured learning program consisting of a theoretical and practical component and leading to a qualification that is recorded in the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)

LB qualification requirements should be as follows:

(Essential) – Matric with the following subjects and passing rates:

Math with a pass rate of 50% or higher OR Math literacy with a pass rate of 60% or higher
English as a first or second language with a pass rate of 50% or more
Life sciences or physical sciences with a pass

HOW TO APPLY
Successful applicants will be required to sign a subsequent employment contract and will be required to work for Clicks as a qualified pharmaceutical assistant for a period equal to the duration of the apprenticeship period as a minimum.
