The following position is available at Melomed Richards Bay: ENROLLED NURSE – THEATRE

Requirements: Matric Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
• Proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in a Private

Hospital is advantageous Shift work compulsory Understand basic IPC
practices Key outputs: Work within scope of practice
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols and best practices
• Knowledge and insight into infection prevention principles
• Promote and maintain patient health and give health education
• Strong quality patient care orientation
• BLS competent
• Accompany Doctors on ward rounds
• High energy levels and tolerance for stress/pressure
• Identify risks and identify incident policies
• Adaptable and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal and communicati on skills at all levels
