HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNS (2 positions)
Reference: 2 HR / 08/2021
Closing date: August 10, 2021
Location: Pretoria
Duration: 12 months
Minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) year tertiary degree in the field of Human Resource Management
- A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Competencies: - Knowledge of the relevant BEEA, LRA, EEA legislation, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office software package
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization and coordination skills.
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail with a precise and thorough approach to work
- The ability to multitask within a pressurized environment and complete tasks on time
- Great work ethic and passionate about Human Resources.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and energetic autostart
- Eager to learn, inquisitive mindset
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist with tracking the progress of important tasks, deadlines and priorities of all HR projects.
- Prepare and compile documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Assist in the Human Resources management functions related to the recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist with performance management administration, ensuring that the parties have signed all performance contracts and submitted them to RR.
- Assist with research for policy review and development.
- Coordinate the induction of employees
- Help with conducting exit interviews.
- Assist with electronic and paper filing
- Schedule and coordinate calendar activities and meeting reservations
- Record of minutes in meetings and distribution accordingly INTERNAL AUDIT INTERNS (2 places)

Minimum qualifications: - Three (3) year tertiary degree – B.com / Diploma in Internal Auditing, Accounting, IT Auditing, Forensic Auditing
Competencies: - Strong planning, organization and coordination skills.

- The ability to multitask within a pressurized environment and complete tasks on time
- Great work ethic and passionate about working with details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist with business process mapping
- Help identify business risks
- Assist with the formulation of audit tests.
- Assist with the execution of audit programs.
- Help compile a summary of the audit results and write the audit findings.
- Help document the results of reviews in working documents.
- Participate in ad hoc projects according to organizational requirements (Internal audit projects)
- Adapt to the audit process and practice the required audit methodology
- Assist with audit reports
- Assist with training interventions and related audit activities.
