Job description
We are looking for a Learning & Development intern to strengthen our team. This role will enable a successful candidate to support a high performing team, learn L&D practices, gain exposure and experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Participate in implementing training programs
Book staff through internal system and set up training locations and virtual training sessions
Ensure employees and suppliers follow established site policies and procedures
Training schedule management, archiving and storage/archiving
Support in preparing reports on training activities and results
Coordinates and tracks participation in offsite training activities
Coordinating regulatory and regulatory compliance training on site
Process training quotes and invoices via internal system
Requirements:
National Diploma in:
Human Resources Development
Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP).
Academic results of over 70% in their senior year while maintaining an average of 60%-65% or more over the duration of their studies.
