- Go to the nearest internet cafe and make copies of all your certificates
2 . Go to your nearest police station and certify all your certificates
3 . Scan all your certificates and rename them accordingly, for example your ID needs to be renamed ID, your Matric certificate needs to be renamed as Matric which makes it easy when you attach your certificate when you apply online or via email
4 . You can also scan your certificates so that they are all in one document (transcript), but do not include your resume
5 . Do not print or scan your resume. Save it as Word format or PDF format so that you can update it later for a respectful post.
6 . Save all your scans to your memory stick or just tell the internet cafe employee to send it to your email address so you can log in with your phone later so you can download it straight to your phone 📁
7 . Download your documents with your phone and keep it in one folder especially the folder which is writer 📁 Documents or you can keep it on your google drive
8 . Once you’ve done all those steps, you’re ready to apply with your phone, use Chrome when applying, or don’t use the internet browser Opera mini
9 . Whenever you ever see a written post applying for a job online, make sure you have real data, not WhatsApp data or social data.
10 . Open the link which will take you to the application website, you will see “APPLY” and press it. It will ask you for the personal information and at the end it will ask you to create a password and when done it will say successful 🙂 - If you ever apply from the same website, it will be easy because you will be registered, you will have to adjust a few things and apply.

14 . Another thing is to create a WhatsApp group where you will post all your messages for later. Do not open a link from Facebook and go directly to the application. At least copy the message and open it from WhatsApp or take the actual link, bring it to Chrome and apply - Try to download opera mini and log in with your Facebook if you are using the Facebook Lite app as it will not allow you to copy messages or email
