Job description

Hastings L&D requires a suitably qualified individual to take on the role of an intern for a period of 12 months with the ambition to be part of the Hastings campaign.

As an Intern, your duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting the Hastings Direct department with administrative tasks and coordinating activities.
Working hours will be an 8 hour shift between 9am and 10pm, with occasional weekends
Qualifications:

Matric
Degree/Diploma:
Graphic design
Learning and development
Font End Systems Engineer
Marketing
Content Development
Candidate has not been employed for 6 months
Candidate is between 18 and 34
Required competences & personal characteristics:

Passionate about sharing and gaining knowledge.
Professional: Highly organised, proactive and dynamic.
Owns the role and takes responsibility for the functions.
Analytical with a strong problem-solving focus.
Refined communication skills able to create strong networks across the company and able to propose solutions in senior forums.
Great attention to detail, strong administrative orientation with exceptional language and writing skills
