Gemalto offers a customer service apprenticeship program and is now accepting applications. Gemalto is an international digital security company that offers software applications, secure personal devices such as smart cards and tokens, and managed services.
Gemalto is now accepting applicants for their customer service training. Customer service will be based out of your Johannesburg office.
The student will receive a 12-month apprenticeship program in Project Management. The student will report to the Customer Service Manager for their daily tasks and the learning program facilitator.
Requirements
Corresponding National Diploma / Bachelor of Business Management

Main activities / tasks
To support the customer service team
General assistance and ad-hoc tasks in the department that include, but are not limited to:
Processing order
Order archiving
Audit preparations
Follow-up with internal stakeholders, i.e. logistics, sales and technical, etc.
Issue DHL shipping
Prepare customer reports when needed
Prepare PFI
Tracking bank customer stationery orders with vendor
Project assistant
General Customer Service Assistant when needed
