Dispatch assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide general support to clients
Assist with all aspects of the job related to shipping:
Assistance with courier pickups and deliveries –
Help with the coordination and reception of orders and the shipment of stock.
Assist with quality controls and coordinate weighing and repackaging of incoming stock
Assist dispatch clerks with all orders
Work closely with the dispatch department to ensure all orders are received on time
Help with stock control
Help maintain professional and technical knowledge by learning all aspects of the business.
Previous experience in an office-related environment will be an advantage.
