Introduction
We currently have a great opportunity available in Gauteng for a contact center operations NQF 4 apprenticeship located at The South African Breweries (SAB) based in Sandton.
A Learnership is a structured learning program to acquire practical knowledge and skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, recorded in the National Qualifications Framework.
The duration of a scholarship / internship is twelve months from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022.

The key purpose of this learning is to provide students with on-the-job skills and theoretical knowledge to operate optimally in a contact center environment.

Registration certificate (required)
Customer-centric attitude
Ability to reason and solve problems.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients (including internal clients) at all times.
Show empathy and understanding of the customer
Organization and planning skills
Ability to operate under pressure
Self-motivator and entrepreneur
Capacity for teamwork
Availability to work during weekends and shifts.

Self-management practices understood and applied.
Good typing skills, data capture ability
Management skills.
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
SAP CRM experience (advantageous)
Fluent in English and another language.
Stipend Amount: R4500 per month with completion bonus
