Clockwork offers a learning opportunity to an enthusiastic and energetic person who is passionate about learning about the marketing and advertising industry. Someone who is capable of showing versatility within the advertising space, driven to add value to our organization, its culture and clientele.

You should be able to commit to a 12-month learning program, which will include 6 months of classroom study and 6 months of integrated learning work in Clockwork offices.

Responsibilities:

Learn and participate in basic research, finding interested audiences and influencers.

Learn and demonstrate the ability to create promotions and awareness for customers and targets of interest.

Learn and help evaluate content for accuracy and gaps, be able to adopt new tools and technology.

Contribute and learn about digital and social marketing.

Assist and contribute to the brainstorming process related to the strategy and participate in the basic implementation of the strategy with supervision.

Required Competencies / Skills

Proactivity and initiative

Be a skilled communicator (both verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Have a keen interest in marketing trends, brands, and industry standards.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Organizational and planning skills

Proficient and literate in the Microsoft Office suite

Good writing skills

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

NB: Applicants with qualifications and experience in media, design, digital and communication will be advantageous.
