SALARY: R102 534 – R120 780 per year, (plus benefits)
CENTER: Sizwe Tropical Diseases Hospital
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 10 / Stake Level 4. Cleaning experience will be an added bonus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, color coding and bucket system, as well as the use of cleaning equipment. Ability to read and write. Be reliable and punctual. You must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Work in a team and rotate to various sections.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provision of cleaning services in the hospital, providing comprehensive cleaning service that includes; Cleaning offices, hallways and meeting rooms by: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, dusting and waxing office furniture. Vacuum and wash floors, empty and clean bins daily, collect and remove waste papers. Clean kitchen sinks and bathrooms, refill hand soap with liquid soap, replace toilet paper and hand towels. Report any broken cleaning supplies and machinery.
