Duties & liabilities
• To insure that the Company’s and Statutory regulations regarding cleanliness are complied with within all tasks accepted.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the scullery.
• insure hygiene norms, health and safety norms are met at all times.
• To maintain the Company’s standard of hygiene and cleanliness of all pottery,
chopstick, dinnerware, kitchen and dining room implements.
• To insure junking of garbage from scullery area.
• To help in other areas of the unit when needed and to attend to all reasonable
requests made by operation.
• Fridges in the walk- in cold apartments must be gutted.
• No drawing agents must be left in public areas.
• Safety signs boards must be placed in areas where cleaning is in progress.
• insure that the outside area of the store is clean and inviting at all times.
• The reverse of the store must be clean and tidy at all times, and must misbehave with health regulations.
• The cleanser must help in colorful other areas in the unit when it isn’t busy.
• Clean food medication outfit, bottoms and other kitchen tools or areas.
• Clean walls and windows.
• Clean and disinfect laundry, kitchen, restroom and restroom institutions
• May be needed to help with any other duties that may be outside compass of
liabilities
