Job description
The program aims to provide hand-picked, talented graduates real-world work experience to explore and expand their raw talent within key business units. Develop your technical, commercial and leadership skills and maximize your development to put you on the path to your long-term career.
Internships: Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban
Responsibilities:
Be accountable within business-critical areas where you need to integrate and participate in departmental deliveries and projects on a rotational basis.
Working in different departments to gain insight into the pharmaceutical industry; including exposure to specialized areas and cross-functional work.
Collaborate in a team environment and independently using a variety of digital/virtual platforms.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under pressure, to extreme deadlines
Apply a ‘project management mindset’ to tasks and be accountable for a variety of outcomes
Communicate professionally and consistently (orally and in writing) to and with stakeholders; line management; project owners; colleagues; and team members
Mine; manage and analyze large amounts of data using a variety of business-intelligent software and tools
Schedule, host, and conduct meetings both virtually and face-to-face.
Learn and use a variety of digital software to complete tasks.
Become the owner of personal development; learn from mistakes and share lessons with colleagues and fellow graduates and bursars.
Education Requirements:
Must have completed studies in one of the following fields of study:
Computer and Information Sciences
Engineering
Economic Management Sciences

Business studies
Graphic design

industrial psychology,
Human resource department
Production – logistics; demand planning
