Call Center Learnership Opportunity at Transnet

The purpose of the Training Program is to develop a pipeline for key roles within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) through a structured 18-month training program.

The program seeks to place students in specific areas within TPT based on their educational background, career aspirations, and business requirements.

Position outputs:

Follow a structured training program
Undergo performance reviews and evaluations
Carry out all the tasks contained in your development program, as well as those that Transnet Port Terminals may reasonably require you to carry out.
Qualifications and experience:

Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent – head office based holder of TPT
Full Certificate program (logistics, operations management, or related) will be a plus
