BRANCH MANAGER WANTED BENONI / SECUNDA IN GAUTENG / MPUMALANGA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary degree
A minimum of 5 years of operations and / or sales experience within the temporary employment services (TES) industry
Good knowledge and experience with:

• Negotiation councils and sectoral determinations
• Industrial relationships
• Labor relations law
• Law of basic employment conditions
• The Temporary Employment Services Industry (TES)
  Excellent skills in written and verbal communication)
  Excellent arithmetic skills
  Computer skills (MS Office)
  Valid driver’s license with essential reliable own vehicle
  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  Manage the efficient operation of the branch on a day-to-day basis
  Manage the budget and the profit and loss statement of the branches
  Act as a representative of the company with respect to RI matters, when necessary
  Evaluate branch staff regularly
  Assist with strikes with the necessary knowledge and in conjunction with the Division’s HR / IR department and the General Manager of Operations and / or the Regional Director.
  Build and maintain customer and staff relationships
  Ensure that branch personnel maintain and adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  Manage the branch to achieve optimal staff utilization, in order to achieve the goals and objectives established for the branch and / or region.
  Produce weekly and monthly reports
  Responsible for all sales functions of the branch.
