Bookkeeping
Minimum requirements:
-Professional Afrikaans-speaking woman
-Afrikaans and English as a first and second language essential (Afr & Eng customer base)
-Accounting / Bookkeeping Diploma essential (key requirement)
-Minimum 5 years of recent comprehensive bookkeeping experience required (key requirement)
-Computer literate in MS Office and Pastel Evolution must-have (key requirement)
-High attention to detail and precision.
-Able to work under pressure
-Excellent verbal and communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
-Responsible and reliable
-Stable work record and contactable references.
-To start immediately
Working hours:
Retail hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including approximately 2 Saturdays per month
Homework:
-Full accounting function for wholesale retail company
-Comprehensive accounting function of debtors and creditors
-Manage collections and banking
-Conciliations and postings of the cash book
-Management of expenses and budget.
-Manage petty cash payments / allowances and reconciliations.
-Salary preparations.
-VAT reconciliations.
-General administrative work / other tasks required by management.
-Provide feedback to management.
Location :Silverlakes, Pretoria East
Salary: Negotiable according to experience (Market ratio R 15,000.00 – R 20,000.00 gross)
