The primary purpose of this role is to provide IT support through the department’s help desk to ensure efficient and effective IT support services are available to company employees.

This role will be responsible for assisting the Network and Development team within the department.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating the IT Help Desk and responding to IT inquiries.
Help the IT team provide Windows, desktop, and infrastructure support.
To help facilitate asset management as well as preparing for audit requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve common computer problems
VoIP phones Physical media
Endpoint Device Management: Laptops, Mobile Devices, 2-in-1s, Desktops
Manage faulty hardware: repair process
Maintains SLA commitments for clients.
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matrix
Licensed at:
computer’s science
Information technology
Software development
networks
Or any similar degree
Advantageous IT Certifications
