Graduate Position in Business Development – Marketing and Tenders Assistant
Ratings
Degree in Marketing/Communication/Languages/Graphic Design/Office Administration
Salary: R10,000.00 CTC per month [Non-negotiable]
Bidding Responsibilities:
Review client documents to assess client needs.
Help update and automate the internal bidding process
Search for new bidding opportunities in different geographies and industries
Assist in the preparation of submissions regarding Expressions of Interest, proposals and presentations.
Update tender checklist
Help with the follow-up of the proposals presented.
Schedule internal bid strategy meetings as needed
Marketing Responsibilities:
AdHoc (eg arranging gift giving and sourcing)
Help with the design of presentations, posters and social media infographics.
Help compile the internal and external newsletter.
Schedule posts and report on social media performance
Assist with client event planning.
Responsible for obtaining and ordering all promotional material and office branding.
Graduated in Business Development

Maintain and update pricing database/customer database

Prepare and propose sales quotes to management and follow up for approval.
Analysis of travel cost finances

Identification and request for tenders/business opportunities
Manage petty cash when necessary
Assist the finance and BD team in any purpose when necessary
Formal training/education/experience
R10,000 basic salary per month (trial period of 3 months to be evaluated based on performance)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Graduate to assist our Finance Department with ad hoc tasks related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Financial Control. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, tenacious and willing to commit to us for 3 months.
Qualifications and Skills
Corresponding degree (BCom Financial Accounting/ Accounting Sciences)
Domain of Microsoft Excel is Required
Technically competent in accounting principles.
Rigorous in summarizing information.
Able to integrate various information (accounting, human, …) that characterizes internal activities
You must reside in Gauteng and be willing to travel to the Sandton area on your own
Salary: R10000 CTC monthly
