A company in the dietary supplement industry requires an administrator. This is a full time position and the person will be based in Stellenbosch.
Minimum requirements:
High level of proficiency in essential Excel
Attention to details
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Key responsibilities include:
Control of customer orders.
Manage the processing of orders.
Stock shortage tracking
Daily reports
Communicate with the warehouse and production facilities.
Processing of customer invoices.
Salary range R15,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month depending on skills and experience.
